It’s common to want to isolate yourself when you’re going through a tough time, but the more you isolate, the more the hurt festers, spreads, and infects our souls. Please remember that you are not alone.

We learned many lessons during the pandemic. I believe that the most compelling, universal truth affirmed during that time is that people have a deep-seeded need to be with each other. Not just to survive but to be alive…to thrive.

I used to avoid talking about the pain and hardships I’ve experienced, but I’ve come to realize that sharing and releasing those difficult feelings is the only way to truly heal and move forward. We all face challenges and struggles at some point in our lives, but it’s important to remember that you are not alone. It takes courage to open up and share your experiences with others, and doing so can be the first step towards healing and finding a sense of fullness in life.
